DEKA INŽENJERING WINS CONCEPTUAL DESIGN COMPETITION FOR BLOK 18

Deka Inženjering has won a conceptual design competition for Blok 18. The project envisages 400,000 m² of flats, 300,000 m² of central commercial zone and office space, and 50,000 m² of amenities (kindergarten, school, cultural centre, new city opera). The competition had 18 entries.
